| 目的 观察慢性肾功能不全（CKD5期）患者经规律性血液透析后血浆N末端B型钠尿肽原（NT-proBNP）水平的变化.方法 22例慢性肾功能不全（CKD5期）患者在首次透析前及规律血液透析2周后分别进行临床表现评分、体重、肌酐及NT-proBNP水平测定.结果 22例患者规律透析2周后临床表现评分、体重、肌酐及NT-proBNP水平均较透析前降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,NT-proBNP水平降低至正常范围患者的百分比为0.00%.结论 规律性血液透析2周可使慢性肾功能不全（CKD5期）病患者的临床表现得到改善,肌酐及NT-proBNP（pmol/L）下降. |

| Objective To observe the changes of NT - proBNPconcentrationin serum of chronic renal dysfunction （ CKD stage 5） patients who received hemodialysis regularly. Methods Clinical manifestationscore, body weight, ereatinine and NT - proBNPconcentration in serum were measured before hemodialysis and after two weeks regular hemodialysis respeetively for 22 chronic renal dysfunction （ CKD stage 5 ） patients. Results Compared to the levels before hemodialysis the levels of clinical score, body weight, creatinine and NT - proBNPin serum were significantly decreased after two weeks＇regular hemodialysis （P 〈 O. 01 ）, but none of the NT -preBNPconcentration reduced to normal range. Conclusions Two weeks＂ regular hemodialysis could remarkably improved clinical performance and decrease serum creatinine and NT - proBNPlevel for patients withchronic renal dysfunction（ CKD stage 5）. |
