| 目的 探讨解剖锁定钢板在肱骨近端骨折中的应用.方法 随机选取本院2009年6月至2013年1月收治入院的28例肱骨近端骨折患者实施锁定加压钢板术固定治疗和对照组22例采用传统AO钢板治疗.结果 对照组总优良率为72.7%,研究组为92.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论解剖锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效显著,值得推广应用. |

| Comparative study on the efficacy of anatomy locking plate and AO plate in the treatment of proximalhumeral fractures |

| Objective To explore the application effect of anatomy locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods 28 cases, suffered from proximal humeral fractures and received treatment in our hospital during June 2006 and January 2013, were included in study group, their fractures were treated with locking plate. In addition, another 22 cases in control group were treated with AO plate, analyzedthe clinical effects of the two groups. Results Among the 92 patients examined, 45 （48.9%） were positive for the 16SrDNA gene, while 24 （26.1% ） were positive for blood culture. The sensitivity of PCR was significantly higher than blood culture by X2 test. The excellence rate of the study group （92.8%） was significantly higher than that in control group （72.7%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Anatomic locking plate was effective for proximal humeral fractures, and should be widely popularized. |
