| 目的 探讨低颅压综合征的MRI诊断价值及鉴别要点.方法 将我院35例低颅压综合征（IHS）患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其MRI的诊断及鉴别诊断价值.结果 本组35例IHS患者MRI均表现为弥漫性硬脑膜增厚,17例呈现脑下垂征象,15例伴有硬膜下积液;3例伴有硬膜下血肿.结论 MRI在IHS中的诊断与鉴别诊断中价值较大,值得应用. |

| Objective To investigate the diagnosis value and main points of differential diagnosis of MRI for the diagnosis of intracranial hypotension syndrome. Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of 35 patients with intracranial hypotension syndrome, and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MRI were summarized. Results The results of magnetic resonance imaging present that the thickness of cerebral dura mater of the 35 patients were increased diffusedly, 17 of them with brain drooping, 15 with subdural effusion, 3 with subdural hematoma. Conclusions MRI played an important role in diagnosing and differential diagnosing of intracranial hypotension syndrome, and worth application. |
