| 目的 探讨姑息治疗在妇科恶性肿瘤患者临终时的作用效果.方法 选取油田总院集团下属所有医院确诊的妇科恶性肿瘤患者,疾病已处于晚期不可治阶段,自愿参与本次研究患者30例,预计生存期6个月的患者,作为观察组,此组接受了姑息治疗、临终关怀护理;将已经去世的2004至2009年的龙南医院妇科恶性肿瘤患者30例全部住院病例及当年调查表,作为对照组,调查收集患者疼痛、疲乏、情绪、恶心呕吐情况.结果 本次调查观察组各方面均比对照组有明显效果.结论临终关怀及姑息治疗对帮助妇科肿瘤患者提高生活质量,对待死亡提供了良好的过渡. |

| Objective Explore the application effect of alleviative treatmenton patients those who suffered from gynecological malignant tumor and on their deathbed. Methods 30 patients, suffered from incurable gynecological malignant tumor which were diagnosed in the hospitals affiliated to oil field general hospital group, were selected in the observe group and only 6 months left for them. They participated in the study based on their own willing and received the treatment of alleviative treatment. Datas from another 30 patients who died of gynecological malignant tumor, ever hospitalized in Longnan hospital during the year 2004 and 2009, were chosen as control. Collect the datas on conditions of pain, fatigue, mood, nausea and vomiting. Results The application of alleviative treatment obtained effective efficacy. Conclusions Hospice and alleviative care were helpful for improving the life quality for patients with gynecological tumor, and provided a good transition to death for them. |
