| 目的 物理因子在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮护理中疗效观察.方法 2008至2013年在我院治疗的患者29例,应用磁感应、气溶胶、短波紫外线对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者护理治疗并观察疗效.结果 Ⅰ期压疮1～2天皮肤颜色完全正常,Ⅱ期压疮7～10天压疮创面完全愈合,Ⅲ期压疮10～15天创面完全愈合.结论物理因子能够作为压疮愈合的有效治疗护理手段. |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of physical factors in the care of pressure ulcerin different phase. Methods Magnetic inductive, aerosols and short wave ultraviolet were adoptedto nursing the patients （n = 29） those who suffered from different phase of pressure ulcerand hospitalized in our hospital during 2008 and 2013. Results In phase I pressure ulcer, the skin color recovered within 1 -2 days. In phase II pressure ulcer, the wound surface recovered completely within 7 - 10 days. In addition, in phase III pressure ulcer, the wound surface recovered completely within 10 - 15 days. Conclusions Physical factors could be an effective methodforpressure ulcercare. |
