| 目的 探讨3M免缝胶带固定方法在PICC导管维护和应用中的效果.方法 将140例PICC代管患者分为两组,一组使用3M免缝胶带固定方法、一组采用常规固定方法,比较两组PICC导管临床脱管、患者舒适度、局部皮肤反应情况.结果 使用3M免缝胶带固定的患者临床脱管率明显低于常规固定,且患者代管舒适度和局部皮肤反应都优于对照组.结论 在临床PICC日常维护中使用3M免缝胶带固定将大大降低代管期间的脱管率,有效改善患者对PICC导管的依存性,从而提高患者PICC导管的临床代管时间,顺利完成全程治疗和护理. |

| Abstract: |
| Objective Toexplore the clinical efficacy of applicate 3M adhesive tape in the maintenance of PICC tube. Methods Patients （140） who carried PICC tube were divided into two 3M fix group and control group, the tubes were fixed with 3M adhesive tape for patients in 3M fix group, and tubes were fixed with regular method for patients in control group. Compared the clinical detached catheter, degree of comfort, local skin reactions of the two groups. Results Thedetached rate of 3M fix group was significantly lower than that of control group, as well as the local skin reactions. The degree of comfort of 3M fix group was precede control group. Conclusions The application of 3M adhesive tape in the maintenance of PICC tube could significantly reduce the detached rate, improve the patient dependency on the PICC catheter, increase the time of carrying the tube until the treatment complete successfully. |
