| 目的 观察老年腹部手术患者使用体外振动排痰机配合氧气驱动雾化吸入在老年腹部手术后呼吸道护理中的应用效果.方法 将2012年2月至2013年8月入住普外科的80例老年腹部手术患者随机分为对照组40例,观察组40例,对照组给予常规呼吸道护理组,观察组在常规护理的基础上加用氧气驱动雾化吸入和体外振动排痰机排痰.结果观察组患者痰液性状,排痰量,氧饱和度与对照组相比有统计学意义,清理呼吸道效果增强,无1例肺部感染发生.结论 老年腹部手术患者使用体外振动排痰机配合氧气驱动雾化吸降低了肺部并发症的发生率,提高了病人舒适度和满意度,可常规应用于临床. |

| Objective To observe the application effectof extrasomatic vibration sputum machine combined with oxygen atomizing inhalation in peogasternursing for elderly patients received abdominal operation. Methods Totally 80 elderly patients, received abdominal operation in general surgical department during February 2012 and February 2013, were randomly divideinto control group（ n =40） and observation group（ n = 40）. Patients in the control group received general peogasternursing, while the patients in observation group were adopted to extrasomatic vibration sputum machine combined with oxygen atomizing inhalation on the basis of general nursing. Results The sputum volume of observation group was significantlyless than that of control group, and oxygen saturation quite the contrary, differences between the two groups present statistically significant. The efficacywere enhanced for clearing the peogaster, and no pulmonary infection occurred. Conclusions The application of extrasomatic vibration sputum combined with oxygen atomizing inhalation for the elderly patients received abdominal operation could reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications, improves patients＇comfort and satisfaction, so it can be routinely applied in clinical practice. |
