| 目的 通过对亳紫菀、祁紫菀种质数量性状的观测、分析,为紫菀种质的科学评价及综合利用提供依据.方法 测定紫菀的12个数量性状,采用主成分分析和聚类分析方法,对紫菀的数量性状进行了系统分析.结果 紫菀的叶和根部数量性状有5个性状变异系数大于50%,前3个主成份的因子达85.48%,将122份种质聚类为3类.结论 亳紫菀、祁紫菀中存在丰富的种质;为紫菀品种选育提供科学依据. |

| Objective Mensurate and analyze the quantitative traits of Bo and Qiaster tataricusgermplasm, providing reference for scientific evaluation and comprehensive utilization of aster tataricus germplasm. Methods Mensurate the twelve quantitative traits of aster tataricus, systematically analyse the quantitative traits of aster tataricus by using principal component and cluster analysis. Results There wereScoefficients variation values of quantitativetrait of the aster tataricus leaf and root above 50%, the former three principal components accounted for 85.48%, and the 122 germplasm resources could be divided into three cluster. Conclusions There were abundant germplasm exist in Bo and Qi aster tataricus, which could provide scientific basis for the variety selection of aster tataricus. |
